We are seeking compassionate LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse to work within our client's facilities, providing follow-through of the physician-established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the RN Supervisor. Hourly pay rate : $35

LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements :
- Currently holds an active LPN license to work in Ohio
- CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated clinical competency
- Reliable Transportation to worksite location
Flagstar LPNs are expected to carry out the following tasks :
Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
Assess and record symptoms and / or reactions and progress in patients.
Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
