As a Speech Language Pathologist at Flagstar Rehab, you will provide efficient evaluations and screens of patients, develop plans of care, and manage meal textures. You will deliver quality therapy services to individuals in skilled nursing facilities, addressing conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses. You will also monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software.
