Your Role

As a Personal Stretch Trainer, youll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals in a welcoming and motivating setting. This full-time position (part-time positions also available), with evening and Saturday shifts, is ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic, client-focused environments.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Prioritize the well-being and goals of each client.
  • Deliver customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with our Physical Therapy team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment.
  • Engage in our community by building relationships with clients and fostering membership growth.
  • Uphold and exemplify our core values : Honesty, Approachability, Empowerment, Trust, and Teamwork.
  • Complete on-the-job and ongoing educational training.

    • Pay :

    Hourly range is from $19-23 / hour based on experience.

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Passion for a boutique wellness environment focused on stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • A background in fields such as Personal Training, Physical Therapy Aide, Pilates, Yoga, or Exercise Science.
  • Experience working hands-on with clients in fitness or wellness settings.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to empower others.
  • A strong sense of empathy and the ability to foster a welcoming environment for all.
