What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastry Chef position at Flakely Gluten Free?
We're a well known gluten free baking company in Philly, specializing in French pastries and breads.
We're looking for a creative, artistic baker who has an amazing attention to detail, loves what they do and has experience with breads, croissants and other viennoiserie. Must also have cake decorating skills (and must be able to send us a cake design portfolio or have an Instagram account where we can see you work). We'd love someone who has successfully managed all kitchen operations: from production, ordering ingredients, cleaning, scaling recipes, and managing up to 3 employees. Must have excellent communication skills as well as super math skills and critical thinking on the fly (because this job requires A LOT of counting and an very independent work environment).

This position offers daytime hours during the week (no nights or weekends).
