Celebrating our 75th Anniversary, we are proud to service industry-leading OEMs across a wide range of market segments.
Location: This is a hybrid/remote role.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for profitable growth through management of assigned Key Accounts and development of new business for all facilities in United States and Mexico.
- Focused on Flambeau’s Contract Manufacturing within the Industrial and Fluids Segments.
- Ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have a strong attention to detail in order to stay engaged with customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key sourcing influencers at existing and prospective customers.
- Have strong organizational, strategical sales and negotiation skills when interacting with customer base and prospective customers.
- Identify and pursue new business and emerging business segments that fit within Flambeau’s core competencies.
- Manage assigned key Accounts thru consistent engagement, including in-person visits and plant tour visits to Flambeau’s facilities.
- Schedule annual Business Review meetings with Key Customer Accounts and monitor Customer Score Cards regularly.
- Develop and execute account strategies to optimize relationships, revenue and profit.
- Interact with internal cross-functional team members at various plants to ensure timely and accurate execution of new programs.
- Report weekly activities with Director of Sales and attend weekly/monthly review meetings to discuss or adjust accordingly.
- Become adept with our manufacturing capabilities and services, and promote and secure business for all NA and MX facilities.
