About the Role :
The Director of Supply Chain will lead our company’s supply chain operations in alignment with our organizational goals, to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness, and competitive pricing to support our franchise system. This role requires a strategic leader who can continuously drive improvements, enhance overall supply chain performance to impact high customer service satisfaction, contribute to the profitability for our franchisees, and support business growth.

Will Work Closely with : Executive Team, VP of Restaurant Operations, Accounting Manager, Franchise Business Consultants, Director of Marketing

About Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop, lead, and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with Flame Broiler’s overall business plan and objectives.Create key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve supply chain performance, including on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and supplier quality.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the Supply Chain department to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Accounting, and Marketing to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain activities with overall business goals.Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability of the supply chain.Optimize inventory management processes to minimize carrying costs while maintaining adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.Implement best practices in logistics and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers and distribution centers.Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions in the global supply chain, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity with a safe, secure, and wholesome food supply.Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt the supply chain strategy and operations.About You :
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.Proven track record of 7-10 years in progressively responsible supply chain leadership roles, preferably experience with multi-unit, franchising restaurant supply chain.Strong leadership and people management skills.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive operational excellence and cost savings.In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive process improvements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external personnel at all levels.J-18808-Ljbffr
