Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and alcohol service regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub, fine dining, or banquet setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills and basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in conversation.
- Knowledge of food safety practices related to beverage preparation and service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
