Expo/Food Runner

Meat Up Restaurant Group – (Flamestone Oldsmar, Flamestone Trinity) is seeking experienced Expo – Food Runners to provide quality experiences to our guests and support our Flamestone Trinity location.

We are looking for individuals who may want to learn more and can answer general questions about Flamestone and our menus.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Complete assigned set-up duties and closing procedures for the Expo Station
• Attend and contribute to collaborative pre-shift to insure proper knowledge on the food menu
• Assisting the chefs with food running and delivering food to the correct table numbers.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff (team player)
• Involve management with any issues and be able to handle adversity.
• Ensuring all items that come with a meal are in the package for all take out and Uber orders
• Communicating order details to the kitchen staff.
• Providing exceptional customer experience
• Expo - food runner shifts generally are 4 pm-10 pm.

Qualifications and Skills

• Develop a working knowledge of current menus
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize changing needs during the shift
• Able to work within a team environment to coordinate a one-of-a-kind dining experience with upbeat, outgoing, and positive energy
• Accountability, professionalism, and a high level of conscientiousness regarding the guest experience
• Food Runners must be reliable and able to handle multiple tasks at a time
• Ability to perform the following: carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds, moving about the restaurant, handling food, plates, trays, glasses etc., bending, stooping, and kneeling
• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
• Maintain a positive attitude, clean appearance, Smile!
