What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Flamingo Appliance Service?

Schedule :

Monday – Friday (4pm - 12am).

Are you a reliable delivery driver who is interested in working the evening shift independently, strives for customer satisfaction, and can transport items in a safe, timely manner? If so, we are looking for you! You will be responsible to pick up and drop off items while adhering to the assigned routes and schedule. Job Responsibilities :

Loading, transporting, and delivering items to technicians / warehouse in a safe, timely manner.

Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.

Loading and unloading items from vehicles.

Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints.

Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.

Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Job Requirements :

Valid driver’s license.

Clean driving record.

Attention to detail.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to walk and drive for extended periods.

Must be able to move boxes 50 lbs. and above.

Compensation and Benefits :

Full-time employment $16 to $20 / hr.
