Location Description:
The Flamingo Resort & Spa is a mid-century marvel in The Valley of the Moon. The buildings, rendered with natural materials and iconic angular silhouettes, are the work of master architect Homer A. Rissman. Set on a 10-acre campus, it is an incomparable property for both its city access and sense of complete retreat.
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced indoor Cycle Instructor. Someone who highly motivated, customer focused and has a passion for teaching cycle classes. The Cycle Instructor is responsible for leading multiple classes that range in variety and levels. They will guide guests along their fitness journey while they escape at our resort.

Your Role:
- Lead indoor cycling classes for different skill levels and durations
- Create routines that cater to various goals and skill levels
- Select music to motivate members and guests
- Provide instructions for speed and resistance adjustments
- Encourage participants to work hard and improve their health
- Provide, teach and facilitate individual and group exercise instruction and workouts for members and guests
- Ensure safe exercise practice through observation, correction, assistance and answering questions
- Ensure current knowledge of exercise techniques and trends
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, as needed
- Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness of work area including, but not limited to, the facility, locker rooms, studios, machines and equipment in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
- Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
Salary : $18
