About the Role:
As a Housekeeping Attendant at The Club & Spa at Flamingo, you will be an essential part of our guest experience, ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. You will take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the Club & Spa areas while interacting with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restock locker rooms and restrooms with necessary amenities, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Independently manage tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and consistency in work production.
- Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and department SOPs.
- Assist guests with the proper use of locker room equipment and amenities as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the locker rooms, fitness areas, and Spa.
- Handle dirty laundry removal from locker rooms and manage laundry operations (washing, drying, folding, and replenishing) in locker rooms, cycle studio, Spa, and gym floor.
- Report any accidents or incidents to leadership immediately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Positive, engaging, and welcoming personality.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Physical ability to bend, push/pull, lift/carry up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Salary : $18 - $20
