What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service + Sales - Apparel B2B & Ecommerce position at Flap Happy?
We are a fun, colorful kid’s sustainable UPF 50 swimwear & accessories brand based in Los Angeles / Vernon. We’re a smaller, family-owned business of 37 years, looking for the best and friendliest customer service, sales operations individual with experience in the fashion, swimwear, surf wear and / or gift industry to deliver quality care for our amazing retailers and end consumers.

Responsibilities include wholesale & eCommerce customer service sales, including order entry, allocations, pick tickets, invoicing and shipping. You will also work with Shopify, Faire and Amazon Seller and Vendor sites as well as various drop-ship e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications / Responsibilities :
- Experience with apparel ERP system such as Apparel Magic, Aims, or similar
- Provide exceptional customer service to our B2B and DTC customers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Proficiency with Shopify (setting up / updating & order processing)
- Proficiency with Ship Station or similar shipping program
- Experienced start to finish order processing for big box retailers
- 3 years' experience wholesale / eCommerce in the apparel or gift industry
- Excellent writing, grammar and organizational skills
- Must have upbeat, friendly personality, a professional attitude, and enjoy working with people.
- Being a team player and multi-tasking is a must as we are a small office.
- Punctuality and Time Management skills
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce websites
- Email (Klaviyo preferred)
- Experience with Amazon Seller and / or Amazon Vendor platforms a plus
- Experience with Photoshop & Illustrator a plus
You must be comfortable multi-tasking as we are a small company and our employees wear many hats!
Hours may vary between PT and FT, can be discussed.
