Responsibilities:
- Assist the deli manager in daily operations at the deli counter and prepared foods areas
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and informing them about products
- Maintain product freshness and sanitation standards
- Select, package, and prepare special orders and party trays
- Operate deli equipment, including cash registers, slicers, and ovens
- Support the FLASH mission and follow workplace safety practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- ServSafe training required (assistance provided if needed)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
