The produce associate position will exude exceptional customer service, doing what he/she can, to make every guests’ visit a welcoming, helpful, and convenient experience. They will assist in stocking the Center Store and Produce department as well as waiting on customers in the Deli and at the Front End to execute all functions and duties assigned to establish and maintain profitable, organized, and quality departments. This position is required to be friendly and offering of over-the-top service.

Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist every guest within a ten-tile radius; offer help throughout the store.
- Maintain a well-stocked produce department by ensuring proper product rotation and facing.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining displays; conduct price checks as needed.
- Gather and return shopping carts from the parking lot; keep cart corral clean and orderly.
- Support general housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning spills.
- Assist in returning misplaced items to their proper location and collaborate with team members as needed.
- Handle guest complaints in a timely, appropriate manner and provide excellent customer service.
