As a Transload Operator, you'll handle loading and unloading materials to/from railcars and trucks, ensure safe and productive facility operations, and maintain equipment.

Position: Transload Operator
As a Transload Operator, you'll handle loading and unloading materials to/from railcars and trucks, ensure safe and productive facility operations, and maintain equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform mechanical maintenance
- Effective communication, basic math, and computer skills
- Willingness to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to perform labor tasks
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and be at least 18
Responsibilities
- Load trucks from railcars using conveyors and equipment
- Communicate with drivers, team members, and corporate office
- Manage inventory data and equipment maintenance
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
