Responsibilities
- THIS POST IS IN WEBSTER TX AND IT WILL BE FROM 6PM-10:30PM OR 7PM-11PM ON FRIDAYS EVERY WEEK. JOB LOCATION MAY CHANGE TO HOUSTON TX INNER CITY OR AROUND. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS WITHIN THE AREA.
- MUST BE WILLING TO GET UNIFORM AND PROPER EQUIPMENT BEFORE WORKING FOR COMPANY.
- MUST HAVE ACTIVE LICENSE OR WILLING TO GET AN ACTIVE LICENSE THROUGH COMPANY.
- Enforce local, state, and federal laws while maintaining peace and order within the community.
- Conduct surveillance operations and utilize CCTV systems to monitor activities and prevent criminal behavior.
- Respond to emergency calls and incidents, providing first aid and CPR as necessary.
- Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies for investigations and loss prevention efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, arrests, and investigations for legal documentation.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on law enforcement techniques, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain physical fitness standards required for the role.
Experience
- A valid certificate in TOPS WITH A CURRENT LEVEL 3 OR PPO LVL 4 GUARD CARD is preferred.
- Experience in conflict management, surveillance operations, or loss prevention is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with first aid and CPR techniques is essential; certification is a plus.
- Previous military experience or training can be beneficial for understanding discipline and structure within the role.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately.
