We're looking for a reliable and motivated team member with open availability. This position offers cross-training in multiple areas, with the potential for full-time hours. While currently seasonal, there is an opportunity for a permanent role based on performance and work ethic.

Pay is $3/hr plus tips

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to enhance guest relations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for checks.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
