We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team and take ownership of paid media campaigns across all major digital advertising platforms. This includes but is not limited to Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital channels. The ideal candidate is an analytical and creative thinker who can develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive high-quality leads and measurable results.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across a variety of digital platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels.
Develop and execute lead generation and growth strategies tailored to client goals, industry trends, and audience behavior.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring ROI and key KPIs are met across all platforms.
Manage budget allocation to maximize efficiency and conversion rates across multiple ad channels.
Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and audience segmentation using Zapier and other integration tools.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other reporting tools.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages optimized for conversions.
Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience managing and optimizing multi-platform digital advertising campaigns (including lead generation, retargeting, and audience segmentation).

Strong knowledge of Zapier and experience integrating ad platforms with CRM and automation tools.

Experience developing and executing lead generation strategies across various digital advertising channels.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other ad reporting tools.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience with HubSpot, Toast, and / or other CRM platforms.

Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.

Familiarity with A / B testing, landing page optimization, and ad copywriting best practices.
