Description : Basic Description :
The TPO Loan Coordinator will work closely with the FBMS partners to obtain necessary information (i.e., loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc.) to process and complete mortgage loan files. They will review all documentation for accuracy and completeness and ensure all documents are prepared and finalized in compliance with policies and procedures.
All persons who reside in the United States will be considered.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure accuracy of third-party documentation including VOEs, title, appraisal, transcripts and payoffs.
- Review and analyze all loan documentation regarding employment, credit, income, assets and collateral.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of up to 25 loan files ensuring we meet closing dates.
- Communicate with FBMS Partners on loan statuses and request any trailing documentation required to complete the mortgage loan process.
- Provide excellent customer service to our FBMS Partners.
- Work seamlessly with all FBMS team members to ensure the mortgage loan moves seamlessly through every stage, from the underwriting submittal to closing.
- Assists in training new hires for this position.
- Accepts all other duties as assigned.
