Responsibilities
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Data entry support for operations and administrative staff
- Maintain confidentiality with files
- Communicating between departments and third-party vendors
- Operate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and printers
- Assisting various Operations and Administrative staff with tasks as needed
- Accepts all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with mortgage processes, preferred
- Attention to Detail
- Must possess good judgement and the ability to handle confidential information
- Effective communication skills
- Office experience, preferred
