```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant/hotel
- Escort guests to their assigned tables or hotel rooms
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables
- Monitor table turnover and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or other restaurant/hotel management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong guest service orientation with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of basic restaurant/hotel operations and procedures
