What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Flatbread and Butter?
Flatbread and Butter is looking for an experienced barista to join our team at our second location in Downtown Tampa.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the rest of the FOH team to create a warm environment for our guests, have full knowledge of our food/coffee menu, work with the POS system. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, highly structured working habits, a positive can-do attitude and the desire to work & grow with a dedicated/quality-driven team.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has previous barista experience in a cafe environment
- Has experience working in busy cafe environments
- Has strong customer service background
- Is detail oriented/quality driven
- Works quickly and efficiently
- Can maintain high levels of cleanliness/organization of bar area, adhering to sanitation/health regulations
Compensation: $12/hr $5 tip/hr average
Schedule needs:
- Weekend availability required
- Flexible schedule for students
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
