We are looking for people with over 5 years of experience in any corporate service area in any country. We will not ask you to promote or pitch your service to clients like other platforms do. We will work with you to put together a service package exclusive to you, and organize the service process so that you can rely on member freelancers and our systems to market the service as ours and pay you for managing the service based on the total sales generated.
Scope of Services:
We are seeking qualified tax professionals to assist clients with corporate tax return preparation and filing while ensuring full compliance with IRS regulations. The vendor will be responsible for:
Preparing and filing corporate tax returns, including Forms 1120 and 1120-S.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable IRS regulations.
Representing clients before the IRS (if holding CPA, EA, or Tax Attorney credentials).
Providing expertise in deductions, credits, and multi-state taxation (preferred).
Client Background:
The majority of our clients are newly established companies with limited transaction volume, making the tax filing process relatively straightforward in most cases.
Platform for Tax Filing:
We use TaxAct to process all tax filing orders. As a vendor, you will be invited to work within our TaxAct account to complete tax returns. This ensures a standardized workflow and secure handling of tax filings.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must:
Hold one of the following credentials (preferred for IRS representation):
CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
EA (Enrolled Agent)
Tax Attorney
