Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental clinic. The Dentist will work closely with a team of dental professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Execute a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, fillings, and preventive care.
- Utilize aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control standards to maintain a safe clinical environment.
- Fabricate dental appliances as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in professional development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD degree from a U.S.-accredited dental school
- Unrestricted license to practice in Minnesota or ability to obtain one
- Current BLS (CPR) certification
- Completion of a GPR or AEGD program (preferred)
Full-Time provides:
- Competitive Salary: $160,000–$220,000 performance incentives
