Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians in selecting required parts
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information
- Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts ordered are correct and pricing is inline with the estimate
- Organize and stock display cases and counters
- Pull and fill orders from stock
- Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
- Maintain a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer and phone skills
