Job Summary:
The HSE Data Compliance Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the data compliance processes related to HSE standards, with a strong focus on ISNetworld and Veriforce requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HSE data management practices align with organizational policies and industry regulations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE data compliance strategies to ensure adherence to ISNetworld and Veriforce requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of HSE data management systems to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and update compliance documentation and records.
- Monitor and analyze HSE data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training and support to staff on HSE compliance requirements and best practices.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance inspections and audits.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards to ensure organizational compliance.
- Conduct New Hire Orientations
- Monitor Motive Driver Management System
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data management.
- In-depth knowledge of ISNetworld and Veriforce compliance requirements (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and tools as well as Microsoft Office suite.
