What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Auditor position at Flatrock Manor?
Lonesome Dove Lodge, opening April 1, 2025, is looking for a full-time Night Auditor to join our team!! This shift will be 11 : 00pm - 7 : 00am and anticipated start date will be mid-March! In addition to providing exceptional customer service and front desk responsibilities, the Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring each business day is closed accurately and hotel reports are completed and distributed properly as well as ensuring a smooth transition into the next day of hotel operations. Responsibilities : Provide excellent customer service skills with check in / out Respond to all in-house guest Open and close shift correctly and accurately Audit guest reservations to ensure that room rate and coding are correct and consistent Ensure accurate reporting of hotel occupancy, billing, transactions Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1-year experience working front desk in hotels, preferred Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service, required Must be dependable Powered by JazzHR
