Lonesome Dove Lodge is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician. The lodge is located in Au Gres, MI. This position will be responsible for ensuring proper maintenance and repair for the 30-room hotel and restaurant.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining proper maintenance and repair of the hotel / restaurant's equipment, fixtures, property, and structures
  • Maintaining the overall quality and safety of the hotel / restaurant environment for both guest and staff
  • Respond to maintenance work orders from guests, employees, and supervisors, ensuring the requests are handled promptly and efficiently
  • Painting, hanging fixtures, and replacing light bulbs / filters
  • Maintain parking lot and grounds area according to established quality standards and conduct preventative maintenance

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior maintenance experience, required
  • Prior hotel / restaurant maintenance, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
