Flatrock is looking for Lawn Care Technicians to join our team! This is a full-time position and will service our 40 homes in Genesee County.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters and pruning saws
- Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming/edging around flower beds, walks, or walls
- Assist Maintenance team
- Clean sites, clean gutters, trim trees, power wash surfaces
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- 1-3 years' experiencein lawn care, landscape maintenance, groundskeeping and snow removal required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to lift and carry 50 lbs., and walk/stand/bend for periods of time
