Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients by cutting, chopping, mixing and preparing sauces
Ensure freshness of ingredients and maintain proper storage
Prepare food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
Ability to use various cooking equipment, such as ovens, fryers, and broilers
Cook to specifications
Keep station clean and organized
Clean and sanitize equipment and work area
Ability to collaborate with other kitchen staff
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous restaurant line cook experience required
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and industry best practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
