Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare for site reviews, licensing inspections and audits by:
- Remaining current with updates made to licensing and CMH requirements
- Completing internal audits
- Communicate with but not limited to:
- CMH (Corporate Compliance, Contract Manager, Quality Improvement Team, Support Coordinators)
- Guardians
- Vendors (Case Manager, etc.)
- Create and Oversee implementation of Corrective Action Plans
- Create companywide policies and procedures
- Revise policies and procedures when needed
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Plan and review compensation actions
- Manage, coach, and mentor
- Operation Associates
- Monitor various daily, weekly, and monthly managerial tasks and responsibilities
- Oversee all requirements for all employees
- Oversee orientations and training, background checks, medical clearances, etc
- Schedule refresher training (CPI, CPR, TB and Receipt Rights)
- Oversee all Flatrock residents
- Oversee the completion of progress notes
- Oversee the completion of Critical Incident Reports
- Oversee requested CMH documents (IPOS, Behavior Plans, Crisis Plans, Psychosocial)
- Oversee Licensing paperwork, CMH paperwork, etc
- Ensure staff maintain a high level of ethical and professional standards
- Participating in applicable Coordinated Care Professional Services, LLC, committees
- Oversee the implementation of CARF
- Contracts and licensing applications
- Flexibility and commitment to working the hours and times required to perform the responsibilities of the job, including evenings and weekends as may be necessary
- Maintain a positive, open relationship with all management and staff
- Utilize all communication tools including FIN
- Maintain and advocate for all Flatrock residents’ rights
- Complete any additional tasks assigned from Chief Operating Officer
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in health administration or a related field required
- Must have 2-3 years of leadership experience
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
- Present or current experience with behavioral health issues
