Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate new employee onboarding, including scheduling and preparing materials
- Conduct weekly orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company's culture, values, policies, and procedures
- Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork and required documentation for hire
- Conduct and hire Direct Care Worker interviews
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
- Experience in onboarding and recruitment, required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
