Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in increasing the visibility of Gelato Cannabis products across our retail locations, ensuring they are prominently displayed and well-represented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Placement: Assist in ensuring Gelato Cannabis products are effectively displayed in retail locations. Work with store managers and visual merchandisers to make sure our products are showcased prominently.
- Menu and Promotion Support: Help with integrating our products into store menus and promotional materials. Support in coordinating and executing special promotions to boost product visibility.
- Pricing Monitoring: Check that pricing is consistent across retail locations and assist in managing sales deals and discounts.
- Retail Staff Interaction: Build relationships with retail staff through regular visits and support. Provide assistance and address any feedback or concerns from store employees.
- Account Support: Regularly visit retail accounts to support product placement and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
Qualifications: Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.Basic understanding of retail marketing and sales promotions.Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.Willingness to travel and a proactive attitude.
