What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Server position at Flavor on Main?
Flavor on Main is looking for professional wait staff to serve meals and drinks to the patrons of our business. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure customer satisfaction and increase our establishment’s reputation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Advising each customer of the best food and drink choices and answering questions.
- Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately.
- Attend to tables and guarantee cleanliness.
- Check the quality of the final serving and resolve any issues.
- Deliver checks and accept payment.
- Work with other staff as a team.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding people skills.
- Customer oriented and planning skills
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Food safety training and experience as a server, wait staff member a plus.
