Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lead Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh juices, bar syrups
- Follow opening/ closing bar procedures
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations, ensuring compliance with health standards.
- Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as required.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Abra bartending license process must be completed upon hiring, maintain license
- Experience with brewing or cocktail creation is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
