Flawless Family Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Scheduler/Care Coordinator to ensure seamless care for our clients while supporting our caregivers. If you’re detail-oriented, a great communicator, and have previous scheduling experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling: Create and manage caregiver schedules to meet client needs. Communicate schedule updates and changes to caregivers and clients, and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Client Care: Oversee new client onboarding, complete supervisory visits, and assist with care plan updates.
- Support: Work closely with caregivers to ensure they are well-prepared to meet client needs.
- Travel: Conduct home visits for client care, assessments, and follow-ups as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records in scheduling and client care systems.
- On-Call Rotation: Participate in a rotating remote weekend on-call schedule to ensure caregiver and client support during off-hours.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the office team to ensure quality care and client satisfaction.
Position Details:
- Schedule: In-office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional travel to clients’ homes in Livingston, LaSalle, Grundy, and McLean Counties. Includes rotating remote weekend on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Scheduling experience required, preferably in home care, healthcare, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable traveling to client homes as part of the role.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer tools.
- A compassionate, professional, and proactive approach to client care.
