Job Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to lift at least 10-15 lbs
• Availability to work Sunday and Monday, plus additional scheduled shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean residential homes, second homes, and vacation rentals to a high standard
• Pay close attention to detail and address client-specific requests
• Arrive on time, complete tasks efficiently, and handle physically demanding work
• Adapt to changing work environments and schedules
• Exceed client expectations and proactively report maintenance needs
• Communicate openly and effectively with team members

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $18 per hour after the first 30 days
• Hours: 35-40 per week
• Days Off: 2 days off per week
• Schedule: Day shifts, including Sunday and Monday availability, with occasional on-call or weekend shifts as needed
• Work Location: In person
