Responsibilities
Cleaning
- Floors: Sweep and mop hard floors, vacuum carpets
- Mirrors: Wipe down mirrors to remove smudges and streaks
- Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect sinks, counter tops, and toilets
- Kitchens: Clean and sanitize sinks, counter tops, and appliances
- Windows: Wash windows
Organizing
- Tidy up clutter and organize items on occasion
- Move furniture to clean underneath and around it
Trash
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
Other duties
- Make beds and change linens on occasion
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure that all work is done safely and efficiently
Skills
Communication
- Communicate with clients, supervisors, and colleagues to understand expectations
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
Time management
- Arrive to each home on time
- Adhere to cleaning expectations while staying on schedule
- Being able to work efficiently and smoothly
Organizational skills
