Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that it is organized at all times.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including peeling vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Support the kitchen staff during busy periods by providing clean dishes promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager.
