General Responsibilities
Required but not limited to:
- Framing (including both metal and wood)
- Hang and finish drywall.
- Replace ceiling tile and grid.
- Paint interior drywall, door frames, doors and trim.
- Carpentry skills to install backing
- Ability to set door frames, hang doors and install door hardware
- Capable of hot patching and minor repairs
- Removal and replacement of cabinetry expedience helpful but not required.
- Position will require nights and weekend working hours occasionally.
- Knowledge in OSHA safety regulations
- Must be able to work individually and as a team player.
- Must have a valid driver license and pass a third party background test
- Position will require some overnight travel.
