- Marketing Media Manager
- Style Concept’s Marketing Media Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Flea Style, Wide Brim and Heirloom Haul’s marketing, public relations and media efforts, including developing strategic plans, creating and executing campaigns, managing budgets, leading marketing teams, and ensuring brand consistency and success to achieve business goals, often reporting directly to the CEO.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and calendars aligned with company objectives, including market research, target audience identification, brand positioning and economic success.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (social media, influencer, newsletter, etc.) across various channels like digital, social media, print, and events.
- Budget Management: Alongside the CEO, allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking ROI and optimizing spending across different initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including content creators, photographers, videographers, freelance marketing professionals and analysts. Assist on location and set as needed and ensure projects are efficient and on track.
- Brand Development: Protect and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and branding guidelines. Handle or assist with any crisis-management.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
- Public Relations Media Relations: Write press releases and pitch the companies for brand awareness and financial success. Manage pitch from start to finish. Work with marketing team to get assets to the media. Engage with local and national media proactively and as-needed. Book CEO for strategic interviews, articles, podcasts, etc. to spread personal and brand awareness. Assist with media inquiries.
- Influencer Strategy Management: Identify, strategize and collaborate with influencers for all brands to bring awareness, followers and economic success to the companies. Leverage and work directly with CEO as in-house influencer for social media posts, videos, reels, personal appearances, try-ons, blog posts, etc.
- Website Updates Copy Writing: Strategize, plan, draft, edit and publish concepts copy for Style Concepts’ wide range of platforms from website and social media to newsletters, fliers and in-store signage.
- Social Media YouTube: Develop and execute plans for engaging content, follower interaction, monitoring online reviews and conversations, analyzing campaign performance and leveraging various platforms to build brand awareness and community engagement while aligning with the companies’ overall marketing goals.
- Signage: Strategize, plan, develop and execute signage from in-store storytelling to exterior building signs and book tour posters and fliers. Manage vinyls for interior and exterior installation. Update menus as needed.
- Live Shopping: Support with strategy, planning, execution and KPI’s to ensure Flea Style’s success with live shopping online.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, buying, distribution, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Excellent organization skills: Strong command for organizing calendars, events, schedules and campaigns.
- Excellent writing and editing skills: Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style guides. Ability to adapt and execute brands’ tone and voice.
- Digital marketing knowledge: Understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing strategies, and campaign metrics
- Communication and collaboration: Effectively communicating with influencers, internal teams and CEO.
- Analytical skills: Ability to measure and analyze campaign data to optimize future collaborations
