Fleck's Fresh Mart is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be comfortable handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions using a cash register or point of sale (POS) system
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain a clean and organized store and stock inventory
- Multitask between cashier duties and assisting with customer needs and cleaning
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or cashiering preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and shift counts/paperwork accurately
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer flow efficiently
- Ability to work with POS systems effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
