Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support for both our clients and agents. The ideal candidate shall already have an insurance license or be willing to obtain their license within 90 days; will need to exhibit strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. This is an in office, salary-based position.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service.
• Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates on services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
• Collaborate with team members to improve client services and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks in the office as needed.

Experience

• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proven experience in customer service environments.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions quickly.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with client services and office procedures.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong typing skills to efficiently document customer interactions.
