Position Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Public Sector- West Region, you will play a critical role in driving growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and securing contracts with federal, state, and local government entities. You will be a key player in navigating public procurement cycles, RFP / RFI processes, and contract negotiations, positioning Fleet Complete as a trusted partner for public agencies managing transportation, emergency response, utilities, and municipal fleets.

Key Responsibilities
Government Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on federal, state, and local government agencies.
- Navigate public procurement cycles, RFP / RFI processes, and contract negotiations to drive revenue growth.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and agency leaders to position Fleet Complete as a preferred solution.
- Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to public sector needs.
