Position Overview:
The VP, Product Management will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development and management of the product portfolio for Fleet. This role will be an integral contributor to building the Fleet business and as such will have the rare opportunity to make a significant and lasting contribution to a new business during a phase of unprecedented growth.

The successful candidate will have experience and practical expertise in the following:
Proven track record in product management, finance, operations or other product-related functional area(s) Experience in a start-up company and/or a high-growth, rapidly scaling company a plus Wholesale data center and/or hyperscaler experience a strong plus Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience developing and managing to KPIs and financial metrics Strong ability to balance analysis with action – critical in a rapid scale-up environment Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills BS/BA preferred; MBA a plus Working knowledge of MS Office Willingness to travel, est.

Responsibilities include:
- Product development: Lead the definition, development, documentation and ongoing management of Fleet’s product and service portfolio including proprietary designs, features, equipment, timelines, pricing, commercial terms
- Commercial strategy: Contribute to pricing strategy, go-to-market and overall commercial approach for large, strategic deals which ultimately shape and inform product definition and requirements
- Product processes and support: Lead the development and continuous optimization of product delivery and product support processes, timelines, milestones, etc.
- Systems/IT support: Define requirements and contribute to system selection for all systems to support the product/customer life cycles
- Pricing and financial analysis: Develop, evaluate and recommend pricing approaches including up-front sales pricing as well as change orders during and after construction
- P&L management: Maintain a deep understanding of the end-to-end product P&L; identify, recommend and drive improvements
- Reporting: Develop, produce and analyze key operating and financial metrics; provide analysis and recommendations to leadership and internal stakeholders
- Investor relations: Contribute to Fleet’s investor presentations and responses to investor requests; serve as a thought leader telling the “Fleet story” both qualitatively and quantitatively
- Competitive intelligence: Lead Fleet’s competitive intelligence across wholesale data center providers, customer self-provide approaches and other key participants across the market ecosystem
- Product compliance: Partner with legal and other internal teams to identify and support compliance and regulatory requirements
