We are seeking Lead and Assistant Teachers to add to our amazing early education team. Ideal candidates will excel in customer service, love working with children, and enjoy working in a close team environment. Both full time and part-time consistent or flexible schedules ranging from 1-5 days per week are available.

Please note: Hourly wage is determined by education, qualifications, position, and experience working in a preschool or daycare setting.
Job Description (not limited to):
- Develop and maintain a productive rapport with children and families.
- Implement curriculum in a creative fashion driven by positive reinforcement and centered around the Kansas Early Standards.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child.
- Ensure communication with management is provided as needed.
- Manage daily schedules of each learner with the highest quality of care.
- Partner with families and provide communication regarding each child's daily progress.
- Adhere to the KDHE licensing regulations as well as company policies.
- Maintain annual Kansas Trainings as required by KDHE.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
