Mobile Service Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, with the ability to work on various machinery and equipment. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on automotive systems and equipment.
• Execute repairs on hydraulic systems, power tools, and other machinery.
• Utilize soldering techniques for electrical repairs as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently during service operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive repair, with a focus on diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics and related systems.
• Proficiency in using power tools and welding equipment is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to the field are advantageous.
• Cummins certification is preferred.
