The Auto Service Advisor works with customers to determine their vehicle needs and services requested; verifies warranty coverage; develops estimates; creates repair orders and maintains excellent customer service experience.

Education/Experience:
- 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
- Previous experience in a service/mechanical setting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including days, nights, weekends and holidays is preferred.
