Responsibilities
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving all products into the store point of sale system and will manage outgoing shipments as needed. The person in this position works directly with store Buyers to ensure that inventory is received and stocked in a timely manner. In this role, you’ll complete cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and assist with stocking inventory on the sales floor.

Qualifications
Additional Requirements: Hours of work may vary based on company requirements, but are expected to average 15-20 hours per week. Inventory responsibilities are generally completed 9 AM - 5 PM. Evening and weekend hours may be required. Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break, task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers. Position requires moderate to heavy (10-30 lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.

Qualifications
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong mathematical skills required
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and deadline driven
- Collaborative and customer-centric
- Willing to go above and beyond when needed
- Communicate professionally with customers and team
- Able to lift and move inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs)
- Receive daily shipments
- Prepare and process daily store transfers
- Manage store inventory and maintain accuracy
- Facilitate proper RMA Identification
- Enter purchase orders
- Fulfill E-Commerce orders
- Process returns from other Fleet Feet stores, E-Commerce orders/returns, and defective product
- Monitor and manage special orders and holds
- Facilitate staff Quarter Shoe distribution and records
- Assist customers on the sales floor as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities and functions
