TRAINING PROGRAMS MANAGER

Overview :

As a Training Program Manager, you are accountable for and oversee all store running club / training programs by motivating, encouraging and always providing a safe atmosphere for all participants. You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring coaches, implementing running programs, overseeing the scheduling of events and all Running Club programs. This position is comfortable speaking in front of large crowds of people, is friendly and outgoing, and promotes positive social experiences for all participants. This position will partner with the Marketing team to promote new products to participants. The Manager will secure training venues, communicate to participants on a weekly basis and be comfortable managing coaches, mentor, and volunteers.

Responsibilities :

The TPM (Training Program Manager) is responsible for planning and executing successful training programs through our Spring, Fall and Winter Training. This includes b oth the planning and logistics of weekly training events as well as laying out a complete and detailed plan for entire training programs from a higher level. The TPM will work within the Fleet Feet Cincinnati Leadership Team to accomplish these tasks. This position organizes the training programs in every aspect in terms of logistics, p articipant happiness and complete program organization, its b aseline expectations include but are not limited to :

• Leading the strategy for each program's focus, timeline, and goals ? Managing all customer-facing questions, emails, refunds, registration issues etc. ? Plan each weeks group run, clinics, sponsor events, and large t raining events like the 20 : 12 in April
• Produce weekly training program email newsletters
• Produce weekly training program routes, water stop logistics and Pace Group Leader coordination
• Recruit new Training Program participants through lunch & learns, Heart Mini Company Kick offs and general word of mouth promotion ? Communicating all training program details to the team so that there is alignment between training programs, in-store sales / stories and social media.
• Orchestrating and planning each training program from a high level during pre-season planning. This includes potential sponsor meetings, vendor meetings and internal planning sessions
• Keep track and manage the training program budget (yearly and per program) that the owner will provide as well as other training program related numbers and metrics

Qualifications : Compensation :

You will start at $15 / hr with a weekly time commitment of 15-20 hours a week. We will offer a bonus structure based on participants per season.

Org Chart :

The Training Program Manager reports to the Owner. The Training Program coaches report to the Training Program Manager.
